🌭 We’re Handing Them the Mic… Then Handing You a Hot Dog

This Sunday we’re keeping the momentum going with our Open Mic series—where everyday people share real stories of grace, healing, and finding Jesus in unexpected places. It’s raw, it’s powerful, and it’s exactly what church should feel like.

And since it’s also 1st Sunday, you know what that means… 🌭 Hot Dog Sunday is back!

Between our 9:30 & 11 AM gatherings, we’ll have the grill going and plenty of dogs to go around.

See you Sunday,

What’s Coming Up at C3

Open Mic Series Continues (This Sunday at C3 | June 1st 9:30 & 11 am)
Starting last week, we’re throwing it back to how the early church did things—real people sharing real stories, scriptures, and moments where God showed up. For 3 Sundays, we’ll open the mic to multiple voices each week, just like the early believers did. No sermons. No spotlights. Just raw, honest moments from everyday people who’ve encountered a very real God.

Hot Dog Sunday is BACK at C3! (This Sunday at C3 | June 1st 10:15 am)
Kick off June the right way—with 1st Sunday, fresh off the grill. We’re talking hot dogs, chips, drinks, and all the chill summer vibes you can handle.  It’s free. It’s fun.  And, it’s happening between the 9:30 & 11 AM gatherings Bring your crew. Grab a dog. Hang out. Because nothing says summer like Jesus + hot dogs.

Read The New Testament In A Year

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field. “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls. When he discovered a pearl of great value, he sold everything he owned and bought it! “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a fishing net that was thrown into the water and caught fish of every kind. When the net was full, they dragged it up onto the shore, sat down, and sorted the good fish into crates, but threw the bad ones away. That is the way it will be at the end of the world. The angels will come and separate the wicked people from the righteous, throwing the wicked into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Do you understand all these things?” “Yes,” they said, “we do.” Then he added, “Every teacher of religious law who becomes a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a homeowner who brings from his storeroom new gems of truth as well as old.” When Jesus had finished telling these stories and illustrations, he left that part of the country. He returned to Nazareth, his hometown. When he taught there in the synagogue, everyone was amazed and said, “Where does he get this wisdom and the power to do miracles?” Then they scoffed, “He’s just the carpenter’s son, and we know Mary, his mother, and his brothers—James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. All his sisters live right here among us. Where did he learn all these things?” And they were deeply offended and refused to believe in him. Then Jesus told them, “A prophet is honored everywhere except in his own hometown and among his own family.” And so he did only a few miracles there because of their unbelief. Matthew 13:44-58

I want you to understand this mystery, dear brothers and sisters, so that you will not feel proud about yourselves. Some of the people of Israel have hard hearts, but this will last only until the full number of Gentiles comes to Christ. And so all Israel will be saved. As the Scriptures say, “The one who rescues will come from Jerusalem, and he will turn Israel away from ungodliness. And this is my covenant with them, that I will take away their sins.” Many of the people of Israel are now enemies of the Good News, and this benefits you Gentiles. Yet they are still the people he loves because he chose their ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For God’s gifts and his call can never be withdrawn. Once, you Gentiles were rebels against God, but when the people of Israel rebelled against him, God was merciful to you instead. Now they are the rebels, and God’s mercy has come to you so that they, too, will share in God’s mercy. For God has imprisoned everyone in disobedience so he could have mercy on everyone. Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways! For who can know the LORD’s thoughts? Who knows enough to give him advice? And who has given him so much that he needs to pay it back? For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen. Romans 11:25-36
