😡 New Series Starts Tomorrow! 😡

Let’s be real—we’ve all got issues. And this week, we’re talking about one that hits close to home: anger. If you don’t control it, it will control you. Holding onto that offense might feel like power, but it’s actually a prison. Jesus showed us a better way, and we’re diving into it tomorrow as we kick off our brand-new series on John 16 called:  I’ve Got Issues.

What’s Coming Up at C3

Most of us get angry more than we realize. But nobody wants to live mad, right? Cuz when you’re mad, it’s easy to miss out on the good life that God wants for you.  Learn to control your anger before it controls you.

Read The New Testament In A Year

4 x 6 Plan | Read: John 15:1-17 & 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father. “I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow! This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name. This is my command: Love each other.   John 15:1-17

Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we ask you to pray for us. Pray that the Lord’s message will spread rapidly and be honored wherever it goes, just as when it came to you. Pray, too, that we will be rescued from wicked and evil people, for not everyone is a believer. But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one. And we are confident in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we commanded you. May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.  2 Thessalonians 3:1-5
