🔥 I’m Burnt Out

You’re exhausted. But you keep pushing anyway.

You tell yourself you just need to make it through today. Get through this week. Handle one more thing.

But eventually, running on empty catches up with you.

Maybe you’re pulling away from people. Maybe your thoughts keep spiraling. Maybe you’re trying to escape how you really feel.

And somewhere along the way, you realize:

I can’t keep doing this.

Here’s what we see in Elijah’s story: when he reached that point, God didn’t shame him. He didn’t immediately give him another assignment or tell him to try harder.

Before God told Elijah what to do, He took care of Elijah.

If you’re burnt out—or you can feel yourself getting close—you need to be here Sunday.

This Sunday in Panic Button, we’re talking about what God does when we have nothing left—and how Jesus meets us right there.

REST. RECEIVE. COME.

Panic Button | New Series Continues This Sunday August 16th
Life can feel overwhelming. The pressure never stops, your thoughts won’t slow down, and some days it feels like you’re barely holding it together. Through the story of Elijah, discover how God meets us in our lowest moments—not with shame or more pressure, but with rest, grace, purpose, and people to help us keep going.

Kids Choice Sundays Starts This Week
On August 16th and 23rd, it’s Kids Choice Sundays. Crosskids are excited because they get to choose where they serve! They can join the Welcome Team to greet families, assist at the Crosskids Check-In station, see what it’s like to be a Crosskids Runner or even serve drinks at the Coffee Bar. It’s a fun way to try something new, be helpful, and show God’s love to others!
