You’ve probably heard the song…”If you’re happy and you know it…” I think that song would be better if we added, “If you’re happy and you know it…tell your face”
This challenge is so easy that anyone can do it. How about being intentional today and looking for a neighbor or someone at the store and making eye contact and smiling. Just smile at someone… just because (even Mother Teresa said, “We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.”).
