ALL IN | Crosstraining 9.17.12

Matthew 28:16-20 This week, during C3’s Crosstraining, we will be looking at C3’s Core Values. Here’s #1: We will do anything short of sin to reach people who don’t know Christ. To reach people no one is reaching, we’ll have to do things no one is doing. The primary goal of any church is the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:16-20. In these verses, Jesus tells His people to go and share the good news of the gospel with those that need to hear it, baptize them, and help them fully become followers of Jesus. Albert Einstein is famously quoted as saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.” While we are HUGE fans of other churches (we’ll talk about that tomorrow), we feel God wants C3 to be different from most other churches in our area. We feel like there is a big group in Lawrence County and the Tri-State who don’t fit the mold of what typical churches in the area are. This is why we aren’t afraid to do things a little differently. We want to share God’s love with people who need it the most, and we will do anything we possibly can short of sin to do just that. What about you?
