Psalm 77:1-20 In Psalm 77, the writer starts out depressed. All the issues he was facing had begun to take over and he was becoming trapped by the worries of life. But, then, he begins to remember all the times that God had came through. He listed some of the ways that God had provided for Him. Remembering God’s past faithfulness helped the writer overcome his worry. The best way for us to defeat worry in our life is by remember the past times in our life when God has been faithful and has came through for us. Make a list of 10 things in your life that you’ve worried about and God came through in. It can be big things or small things. Pray and thank God for helping you through those situations and ask Him to help you overcome worry in your life.]]>
