Philippians 4:10-14 “ I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. This verse, Philippians 4:13 (KJV) is one of the most famous verses in the bible. It’s encouraging to read because it tells us that God will give us strength to do the things that he has asked us to do. The crazy thing about the verse is that the writer, the Apostle Paul, is talking about learning how to be content with life whether he has a lot of stuff or very little, whether things are going really really good or really really bad. When it comes to breaking free from addiction or unhealthy habits in our lives, it’s not always easy. Changing a habit or addiction is often a very difficult thing to do. It can be a painful process that leads many people to wonder if they have the power to do it. But, God is there to help you and to give you strength, so you can do everything that He has asked you to do with your life. With the right help and with God giving you strength, you can break out from the addictions or habits that are holding you back.]]>
