Mark 7:17-23 I got chickenpox in High School. It was a weird time to get it because most people get chickenpox when they are younger. I had never been around them before, so I had no clue what they were. I had never even seen them up to that point in my life. Stupid me thought I just had a few pimples. Not knowing any better, I went to my youth group that night at church, and I successfully spread chickenpox to several of the little kids who were there! I had no clue I was contagious! When it comes to who we are, our character and our spiritual lives, we all are contagious. It doesn’t matter if we don’t realize we are contagious or maybe don’t even realize what’s inside of us to begin with, we are still contagious. We can try to hide who we are on the inside, but the Bible says that what’s inside of us will eventually come out and infect those around us. We have a choice in how we impact the people around us. It’s all in how we live our lives. You are contagious. The only question is are people impacted positively or negatively because of how you live?
