1 Samuel 3:8-10 Have you ever had a situation when someone “invited themselves” to something. Maybe you had plans with someone else, and, when this other person hears about it, they decide that they want to tag along. It’s usually not so much that you don’t want the other person joining, but it can be frustrating when someone takes it upon themselves to join the party without being asked to be involved. God doesn’t do this with us. God doesn’t force His way into our lives.  He wants to be invited there. He will make the first move and knock on the door. It is up to you to answer it. Too often we only allow God access to certain parts of our lives but this isn’t the way He works… He wants all or nothing. When it comes to your relationship with God, your permission matters. We must invite God into our lives to see Him do big things. Do you invite God into your life? If you don’t, maybe start spending more time with Him through reading His word and prayer, get plugged into church, and even just start making decisions in your life through the lense of what you would think God would want you to do.]]>
