John 16:12-15   I remember learning to do multiplication and long division when I was in fourth grade. I immediately caught on to division, but I just couldn’t get multiplication. It was just a tangled mess of zig zagging and multiplying random numbers  and adding them up. It took me weeks to figure it out. Once I finally got it, it was astonishing to me how simple it was. What seemed super complicated before no longer seemed to crazy. Many people think that hearing from God is only for the super spiritual and is incredibly complicated. We may think God doesn’t want to speak with us because we aren’t holy enough, but this isn’t true. God desires to speak to all of us if we are willing to make ourselves available to Him. It’s not easy, but it’s not complicated. God has so much in store for our lives if we are willing to be close to Him, put Him first, and allow Him to work in our lives.
