READ: John 10:11-14 If you’ve ever driven a rental car, you probably know what Jesus is talking about here In Luke. Because we know that when something isn’t really ours, we’re at least a little more careless. Maybe we drive the rental car a little faster, a little harder, than we would our own. Maybe we even do a few doughnuts on a snowy road. That’s how money treats us-like a rental car driver who doesn’t have true ownership or any staying power. Although it’s a great resource, it’s a terrible owner. And it pales in comparison to the perfect care and everlastingness that we get from the Good Shepherd.
