1 Corinthians 1:26-29 Growing up, I was a huge Ninja Turtles fan. I say that I liked them when I was growing up, but, truth be told, if you come into my home office today, you will still  see a couple of items related to the Ninja Turtles that I like having around for nostalgic reasons. I’ve found that all of us growing up liking the Turtles had a different favorite one. I personally loved Leonardo. Many of my friends liked Michelangelo. Each of the characters had unique personalities and different skills that connected with different kids based on our own differing personalities. God has given each of us unique talents, abilities, and personalities even before we were born. He created us unique and special. Because we are individuals, we have a great opportunity to use our unique skills to serve those around us. It doesn’t matter if we see ourselves as ordinary or average because God loves to do extraordinary things through ordinary people. We are special in God’s eyes. Because He has created us with differences, no one else can accomplish what He wants us to do the way He has designed us to do it. How do you look at yourself? Do you see yourself as a unique individual who God can do great things through?]]>
