Ephesians 4:26-28 Did you ever bring a significant other home to meet mom and dad only to have your parents (or sister) bust out naked baby pictures or bring up one of your disastrous exes?  For some reason, there are always things from our past that seem to sneak back up on us regardless of our efforts to hide and forget those embarrassing times. While these are silly situations, in tough situations we have to deal with our past before we can completely move on.  Unresolved family issues are one area that can go on and on for years and cause much more damage than the original issue.  Do your best to address issues from your past and seek out help or advice if you need it.  No good can come from living in the past.
