2 Peter 3:8-9 JESUS SAVES US FROM THE WRATH OF GOD God gets a bad rap sometimes. Many people, typically those who aren’t followers of Jesus, as how a “good” God could send people to hell? They think if God is truly good, then He would allow everyone in heaven with Him. The truth is, though, God doesn’t send people to hell. Our sin separates us from God and life after death with Him in heaven. God doesn’t “send us to hell.” It is our bad choices and sin nature that condemns us. Jesus came to earth, died on the cross, and was raised from the dead three days later to save us from our sin. By putting our trust in Jesus, we are forgiven of our sins and can have a relationship with God in both this life and forever. Have you made the decision to ask Jesus to save you and forgive you?
