God had promised the people an amazing land, but, when they had gotten close, they sent spies to check out the land. The twelve spies all agreed that the land was as amazing as God had promised, but most of them also said the enemies in the land were too great for them to go against. Only two of the spies, Caleb and Joshua, believed they would be able to take the land just God had promised them. The ten spies who didn’t believe they could take the land were trying to be realistic, but they had forgotten that with God anything is possible. Sometimes we can get caught up with looking at things in life negatively under the misconception that we are being realistic. We need to remember that, with God, all things are possible. Take a few minutes today to ask God to help you realize that He is able to do even things that seem unrealistic.]]>
