Read Joshua 14:11-12
Caleb was a man who had confidence in God and the promises that God had made in his life. Over the course of 45 years, Caleb never backed down in his belief that God would deliver. When others had confidence in themselves, other people, or the things of this world Caleb had faith in his God.
What do you have confidence in? Are you trusting in the promises and word of God? If you are, it means that it changes how you live and how you look at life. Most of us live and have attitudes that scream that we have no confidence in God in our life. We may have confidence in ourselves, other people, or the things of this world, but we don’t live as though we know God is going to be make good on His promises.
What does the way you live and the attitudes you have say about your confidence in Christ?
