Read Deuteronomy 4:29, Lamentations 3:25 & Isaiah 55:6-7
I love stories about people who don’t let anything stand in their way. Those people who rise above their circumstances to become what they want to be in their life. It doesn’t matter what gets in their way, they figure out a way around it or through it.
Once Zacchaeus decided he wanted to see Jesus, he did everything he could to see Him. Zacchaeus didn’t let anything, not even the huge crowds that were constantly around Jesus, keep him from meeting Christ.
This is how we should be in our lives. We should be so determined to become the people God has created us to be, that we shouldn’t allow anything in our way. Like Zacchaeus, we shouldn’t let anything stand in the way of living the life that God wants us to have and becoming the person God wants us to be.
