Zacchaeus’ life changed forever when he met Jesus. Not only did he begin to live his life the right way, but he also went back and made right some of the wrongs he did in his life. Zacchaeus was completely transformed by Jesus, and he ended up doing incredible things with his life. He couldn’t have done this without encountering Jesus.
The only way you can go from a villain to hero, from living for yourself to living for God, is to encounter Jesus. You can’t truly make the world better or really help change lives without coming to know Jesus. But, once you meet Him, like Zacchaeus, your life will never be the same. God will do more than you could ever imagine in your life.
Have you encountered Jesus? Has He forgiven you of your sin? If not, it’s time to turn to Him and ask Him to save you. If you have, it’s time to live like a true hero.
