Job 19:25-27 If you’ve never seen this video on youtube that’s an awareness test, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahg6qcgoay4 and check it out. Go and count the number of passes made by the white team before you read on. You probably counted the amount of passes right the first time through, but you more than likely missed the moonwalking bear. The point of the video is that we often think we are seeing the bigger picture on things, but we are really focused in on one thing. We do this when it comes to tough circumstances we encounter in our lives. We often get so focused on what’s happening around us that we completely miss how God is working in, through, and around our lives. We must come to understand that our circumstances do not alter who God is and how much He cares about us. We cannot allow or view of God to be determined by what we are going through. It’s okay to have questions and even frustrations about what’s going on in our life as long as we don’t lose our true view of who God is. Much of life is all about perspective and how we look at and respond to the things that happen to us in our life. Do you allow what’s going on around you to affect how you view God?]]>
