Luke 10:38-42 Everyone is busy. Between Little League, work, keeping up with the house, making time for your spouse, and marking all the other items off of the “to-do” list, something has to give. When things get crazy, important things can get pushed to the back burner. The “to do” list is left undone, we might neglect the people in our life, or even let our homes become a pigsty as my mom would say growing up. When life gets busy, we have to be intentional about making time for taking care of important things. The same is true in our relationship with God. If we want God to be an integral part of our life, we have to make room for Him. It’s like any good relationship. If we want it to be successful and fulfilling, it requires time and attention. When we give God space in our lives, we begin to see him work.  If we save God to the end of our other responsibilities,  there may not be enough room for him to do anything in our life. Can you find a time in your day to carve out a space for God? Can you give him five minutes on your way to work each morning or ten minutes before you go to sleep at night? Finding a space for him will do immeasurably more than you could ever imagine.]]>
