Psalm 37:7 and Psalm 46:10 In my life, I’ve found that having a set schedule and routine helps me to stay on track with things that are important to me. Problem is, I rarely can stick to a set schedule or routine. I will start out well before eventually fizzling out. This is especially true with making time for God and making my relationship with Him a priority. We need to make God a priority in our schedule because we need to make our relationship with Him a priority in our life. No matter what we do, if we aren’t right with God, our life will not be on the right track. To build our relationship with Him, we have to be spending time with Him. Not only is spending time with God important to build a relationship him Him, but it’s also important  because we never know when he could be preparing us for a greater role, a stronger presence, and a life we may have not previously imagined.  Doing the little things like serving, coming to church, joining a Connect group, and praying are the small ways we show God that we are ready for greater responsibilities.  If we continue to fail to make God a priority in our schedule, we’ll never know how God is preparing to use us for an amazing purpose.]]>
