Read Philippians 1:18b-26

Every now and then in life, you come across a win-win scenario. That is, no matter what choice is made or how things are going to work out, it’s going to be a win. For example, if someone asks me, “hey, which kind of pizza do you want?” it’s a win no matter what because I’m getting pizza!

This is the incredible position Paul takes as he is talking about whether he is going to live and be able to continue to serve or if he dies in prison.

To Paul, it was a win either way. If something were to happen to him, he would be with Jesus. If not, he would get to keep on serving Jesus. It’s remarkable that Paul had this outlook even though he was in prison only because of preaching about Jesus, but, here, Paul finds the good in the bigger picture.
