Jeremiah 1:4-9 Have you ever been putting a piece of furniture, or something similar, together only to get to the end and find out that you don’t have all the pieces you need? Or, what’s even more frustrating is when the pieces you need are in the box, but they are already broken. For many people, life can feel just like that:  incomplete, broken, or just completely random. Too often, there’s seemingly needless suffering, countless disappointments, and unending frustration. Because of our sin, our world is broken and can seem out of control. Even though the world may seem to be random, incomplete, and out of control, it doesn’t mean that God isn’t firmly in control. While we only see today, God’s sees the whole, completed picture. He’s at work to bring everything together in Christ.
