1 Corinthians 12:12-20 I’ll never forget the time I didn’t latch the gate to my grandpa’s fence completely. His dog was able to maneuver his way out. It took awhile to find the beloved pooch as everyone was jumping to conclusions about the unfortunate demise of the poor dog because of my inability to latch a gate. Luckily, the dog was found and all was well. Fences are important to keep animals and, sometimes, children safe.  They often secure swimming pools, provide security, or just improve the look of a house.  Depending on the yard, fences have a variety of purposes for existing. The same is true for us as followers of Jesus and participants in a local church. We all have specific and important roles to play in what God wants to do. When we aren’t doing something, something isn’t being done that should be getting done. Whatever your skill set, gifts, or interests, you bring alot to the table God can use to make a great impact. What is your role at church?  What could it be? How can you use your role to encourage those around you? READ THROUGH THE NEW TESTAMENT Today’s Reading: Mark 7]]>
