Not only did Jacob steal Esau’s birthright, Jacob also deceived their father, Isaac into giving him Esau’s blessing as well. Jacob was a deceiver, and Esau was his primary victim. Understandably, Esau held a grudge against his brother who had betrayed him not once but twice. Have you ever been hurt by someone close to you? Pray and ask God to help you heal or continue to heal from that situation, to help you forgive whoever it was that hurt you, and to help you not treat those close to you in your life the way that Jacob treated his brother.
Two-a-days are designed for you to connect with God and those closest to you. Feel free to modify this plan to fit your and your family’s needs.]]>
