Read: Hebrews 10:24-25

At this point you are already in the habit of meeting together each week with your group. We want to give you some simple tools to continue meeting and to ultimately multiply your group. Throughout the gospels, you see a pattern of Jesus embracing, equipping and empowering.

Three Weekly Questions

Empower
(Focus on group)
Question: What’s going on in your life?
Equip (Focus on Jesus)
Question: What is the Holy Spirit saying to you in God’s Word and what are you doing about it?
Embrace (Focus on others)
Question: Who did you B.L.E.S.S. this week?

Each of these questions are designed to hold each other accountable with Embracing people wherever they are, Equipping them with the gospel and Empowering them to live on purpose. However, they are only used as a guide. As you’ve already discovered, sometimes the focus of a meeting may be more on one area because of a current life situation or how the Spirit is leading that day.

Text the Daily: Do you get annoyed when someone goes off topic?

Journal Question: Which area do I or our group tend to focus more on…the Word, the group or others? Do we need to focus more on another area?

Prayer Starter: Jesus, use me to continue to encourage and spur others in our group to follow you.
