As you grow and study Jesus’ life, you’ll realize he had a simple plan to replace himself and develop others to change the world. One of the simplest ways to do this is constantly have others join you in ministry. So how do you develop others?
Three Simple Steps to Develop New Leaders
I Do, We Talk
Start by asking someone to join you and let them watch you do it. Then ask them what they noticed or how it went.
We Do, We Talk
Next, have them join you with whatever you’re doing. It could be any small part. Then ask how it went.
You Do, We Talk
Finally, let them do it and you simply watch and observe before discussing how they did.
