Read Luke 19:9-10

In the short history of our church, we’ve done some pretty crazy things to seek out and serve people throughout the tri-state area.  We’ve never claimed to be smart, but we are definitely relentless and will do anything short of sin to reach the lost within our community.  Some of you were involved with the infamous egg drop while others have just heard the memory shared at church.  Many of you have participated in vacation Bible school or helped to deliver Thanksgiving food baskets at Lawrence Commons.  Countless people have shopped for kids in our community who would not have enjoyed Christmas without the gifts provided by our church.  Every week, a group of people at our church pack backpacks so kids at a local elementary school will have enough food to make it through the weekend.

Jesus came to the earth over 2000 years ago to save us.  Some of his final instructions to the early church were to go to the ends of the earth to tell others the good news.  It’s our job to make sure that others hear about the love of Christ and seek out a relationship with him.  We must be relentless in helping others see God’s love in practical ways.

Who is someone in your life who needs to meet Jesus?  Pray for this person this week and take a next step by inviting them to join us next week at C3’s first service in the new building.]]>
