Today is all about taking action!
Step 1: Spend some time today in a shopping mall, downtown, or a coffee shop that overlooks a busy crosswalk, a popular park, or any other busy area.
Simply sit still and look at the faces that go past you. Imagine some of the things that might make up their life stories: sadness, abuse, abandonment, broken
relationships, sexual mistakes, unemployment fears, lack of purpose, broken marriages, deep debt, bankruptcy, loneliness, despair, pressure to measure up, desire for community, searching for God, parents who haven’t understood or cared for their children well. Pray for them.
Step 2: Bless one person, without any strings attached and without trying to talk about God or getting any acknowledgement.
Journal/Text Question: How would people view the church if everyone focused on blessing others with no strings attached?
