Read 2 King 6:13-17
When I was a kid, I would always get freaked out by things that I saw out of the corner of my eye. To a five year old, mailboxes always seems to look like creepy people at night and piles of clothes look like big foot lurking in the corner of your room. It all just depending on how you looked at it.
People who are truly living for God see the world differently than everyone else. Instead of looking at the world through our own eyes, those weird people who are living for God look at the world through God’s eyes. That’s called faith. Living by faith is trusting God and seeing situation differently than anyone else sees them. It’s seeing things the way that God sees them.
How do you look at the world? Do you look at it using your own perspective, or do you look at your situation and life through God’s perspective?
