1 Corinthians 1:26-31 What do you want to be when you grow up? While some of us are still waiting to grow up, it is funny to look back to what we wanted to be when we grew up. Chances are that you wanted to be something great like a ninja, professional athlete, princess, or, in my case, astronaut. More often than not, even if we do become what we wanted to be for a profession, we find that our lives are alot more ORDINARY than we had dreamed. Joseph, in the story of Jesus’ birth, was just an ordinary guy before he found out that his soon to be wife was pregnant with the son of God. Even though he led an ordinary life, God still chose Him to do amazing things with his life through helping to raise Jesus. God constantly uses ordinary people to do great things. Even if you feel like your life is ordinary, remember that, like Joseph, God is ready and willing to use your life in amazing ways.]]>
